Working as part of our Network Services Department we carry out complex and non-complex commercial telephony and broadband installations, utilising disciplines from multi-pair cabling through to blown fibre technology, for all business sectors including Blue Chip companies.
Our Network Services Department provides all levels of support to our clients, from implementation and upgrades through to specialist service and repairs to dedicated preventative maintenance programmes.
Working as part of our Network Services Department we provide full turnkey Emergency Service Restoration solutions in the event of major service risks or failures which affect our clients.
Having become successfully established as a leading Network and Communications Service Provider throughout the United Kingdom, we have now branched out into the Utility Metering Sector.
National Call Centre
Comex 2000 has its own dedicated call centre located in the heart of Birmingham. This gives us tremendous flexibility and support of our own operation, by carrying out work order scheduling, pre-calling of customer appointments and coordinating customer queries.
